When you book a (package) trip with us, you don’t have to worry about losing your deposit due to the company’s insolvency. Cycling in Spain is affiliated with the VZR Garant guarantee fund.
Even if you’re already enjoying your trip, VZR Garant is there for you should the organization face any financial issues. VZR Garant ensures you can continue enjoying your holiday without concerns, or, if necessary, that you are safely brought back home.
This way, you can travel with peace of mind and enjoy your vacation without worries. Of course, every guarantee comes with its conditions, and VZR Garant is transparent about them upfront.

How the Guarantee Fund Works

Cycling in Spain ensures your trip is covered by the VZR Garant guarantee fund. We achieve this by participating in VZR Garant and correctly applying the guarantee scheme. This gives you the protection you are entitled to as a traveler. If we are unable to fulfill our obligations to you due to financial incapacity, you will either get your prepaid funds back, or VZR Garant will do everything possible to ensure you can still enjoy your trip or be safely brought back home.
