| How To Book Your Trip |
|
|
|
| First Step |
|
| Before you book a training camp, racing
package or cycling holiday, we suggest that you carefully read the
description of each type of trip before choosing which one you would like to
attend, and also the booking conditions. Once you have decided on which
holiday and date to travel on, we recommend you check availability by calling
us on 00 34 647 011 807, e-mailing us at bikes51@wanadoo.es or faxing us on
00 34 952 88 1526. |

| Then,
complete and sign the booking form (also available on line at
bikes51.com),and send it to the address at the bottom of the booking form
along with your |
|
|
payment. |
|
|
|
Deposits |
|
|
|
| If a
booking is made more than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, a deposit
of £75 or 120 Euros is required per
person named on the booking form. |
|
| If a
booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the total
amount of the holiday must be paid in full on booking. Telephone bookings can
be made but a signed booking form and relevant payment must be received
within 5 working days to secure a place on the holiday and whilst every
reasonable effort will be made to hold places open, the booking will not be
confirmed until they are received. |

| Confirmation |
|
| We
will send you confirmation of the booking and deposit paid with an invoice
indicating the balance outstanding and the date it should be paid by. |
|
|
|
| Final Payment |
|
| The
outstanding balance on the invoice you receive must be paid in full 8 weeks
before departure. Cheques should be made payable to International
Bikes 51. |

| Twin Room Accommodation & Apartment/Villa
Sharing |
|
|
|
| If you are travelling alone and don’t mind
sharing a room, why not avoid a single room supplement by ticking the ‘Twin’
room option under ‘Accommodation’ on the Booking Form. We will then do our
best to put you with another person who is travelling alone. Depending on the
distribution and mix of the people attending one of the holidays it may be
necessary to put people from different groups in the same room/apartment and
although this will be unlikely we reserve the right to do so. |

| Level Of Experience |
|
|
|
| Each one of our holidays is graded according
to level of experience and fitness. On the Booking Form there are 4 options
to choose from to ensure you are |
|
| in
the correct group. The four options are explained further below: |
|
| 1. Competitive:
This category is for cyclists who take their sport seriously enough to race.
Where possible, the training camps for both road and MTB’ers will be led by
current or ex-professionals and will be aimed at improving strength and
fitness whilst clocking up extra kilometres to prepare either for the start
of the season |
|

the season or a specific event. |
|
| 2. Club
Rider: If you are a member of a club, regularly go out on training rides and
race when time permits then this is the category for you. Both the
training |
| camps and holidays will be available
at this level. |
|
| 3.
Regular Rider: This category covers a broad and
common range of cyclists who enjoy riding and maintain a good level of
fitness. Training camps and |
|
| holidays will be
available at this level. |
|
| 4.
Beginner: As the name suggests these holidays are
for those who are keen to have an active holiday but have little cycling
experience. Our beginner holidays include practice sessions, road and trail
awareness and general fitness guidance to help our guests feel confident once
they start their holiday. |
|
|
|
| Bike Hire |
|
|
|
| If you want to hire a bike
please indicate your preffered type of bike eg, for MTB’ers full suspension
or hardtail. Roadies have a choice of racing or touring (lightweight or
comfort). Overall it is better to bring your own bike in terms of confidence
and comfort and if you fly with our sponsor Monarch
